1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 88ck ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 88ck website located at https://88ck.lat, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other features or content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

3Account Registration & Security

To access the Services offered by 88ck, you must create a single registered account. Each person is permitted to hold only one account on the 88ck platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account, including your full legal name, Bangladesh mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. 88ck will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to protect your credentials.
• 88ck requires KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) and may include additional documentation at 88ck's discretion.
• You must notify 88ck immediately via live chat support if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person or if you suspect any fraudulent activity on your account.

88ck reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks at any time, including but not limited to source-of-funds checks, enhanced due diligence, and account activity reviews. Failure to cooperate with any verification request may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

88ck accepts deposits exclusively via Bangladesh mobile wallet services. The following payment terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the platform.

• Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and account verification status.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their mobile wallet accounts are active and able to receive funds before submitting a withdrawal request. 88ck is not responsible for delays caused by issues with the player's mobile wallet provider, including technical outages, account restrictions imposed by bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay, or network connectivity problems.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

88ck offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered through the 88ck platform unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms and conditions.

6Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

88ck is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are enforceable as such.

• Deposit limits: Players may request daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a deposit limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary time-out from the platform (24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period). During a time-out, the player's account is suspended and cannot be used for deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request permanent self-exclusion. A self-exclusion request must be submitted to 88ck's support team via live chat. Once confirmed, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88ck platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances and bonuses, and may result in legal action where applicable.

• Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. 88ck is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market, including chip dumping and match-fixing.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-person rule, whether under your own identity or a false identity, to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 88ck platform, its games, its payment systems, or any component of its technology infrastructure.

88ck actively monitors all accounts and game activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Players who are found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any refund of deposits made during the period of prohibited conduct, and any pending withdrawal requests will be cancelled pending investigation.

8Account Suspension & Termination

88ck reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons or for any other reason that 88ck deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

• Breach of these Terms or any other 88ck policy, including the Responsible Gaming Policy and the Privacy Policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by 88ck following a withdrawal request or following a request for verification documentation.
• At the player's own request, including a self-exclusion request submitted through the responsible gaming tools or support team. Account closure at a player's request does not affect any pending withdrawal of verified funds held in the account.

9Intellectual Property

All content available on the 88ck platform, including but not limited to the 88ck brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, text, images, software, and any other material published on the platform ("Platform Content"), is the property of 88ck or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered player on the 88ck platform. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of 88ck.

10Limitation of Liability

11Privacy & Data Protection

12Amendments to These Terms

88ck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
